We are preferred provider for most dental insurance
programs and PPO plans used by many major employers including Dole and
Amgen. Our number one goal is to help you get the most out of your insurance
benefits and make any remaining balance easily affordable. We will gladly
submit your dental claims and work with you to maximize you benefits on a
yearly basis.

Financial Assistance:
Our goal is to provide the highest quality of dental care,
to ensure this we offer the most affordable options to meet your specific
needs:

A 10%
courtesy discount is allowed when fees exceeding $1000 are paid in
full by cash or check on the day that treatment is presented, or in
advance of scheduling appointments. A 5% accounting discount is
allowed when payment is made using a credit card.

We also
have dental payment programs through two of the best financial
institutions, Chase Health Advance and Care Credit. These plans are
designed to give you the flexibility of doing 3-24 months NO
INTEREST payment plans (OAC, pending amount financed). Refer to the
following section for payment options available through our office.

A 10%
senior discount is allowed to our senior patients. We take pride in
providing excellent service to residents and staff members of the
University Village in the city of Thousand Oaks.

We accept all major credit cards, cash and personal
checks.
As mentioned above, for our patients'
convenience we have arranged a payment plan through a third party that helps
our patients receive their treatment in a timely manner. Please feel free to
